Parody Commercial Production

Your industry
already has
a joke.
I just say it
out loud.

Parody commercials that look real, land hard, and get shared.

Most ads are built on an exaggerated promise everyone quietly agrees not to question. I find that promise and push it one step further... not into absurdity. Into truth. Then I produce it end-to-end: script, video, music, voiceover, landing page.

Fair questions. Good answers.

I've spent 25 years working at Chicago's premiere ad agencies as a copywriter and creative director. I've also worked as a stand-up comedian and served as head writer of a nationally syndicated morning show. Advertising taught me how the con works. Comedy taught me how to exploit it.

It starts with a discovery call where I analyze your category — the emotional promises, the insecurities it targets, the claims it makes. From there I identify the comedic insight, write the script, and produce everything: video, music, voiceover, and a dedicated landing page. You get a finished campaign built to spread because people recognize the truth inside it.

A complete parody campaign built end-to-end:

  • Strategic category insight
  • Script and creative direction
  • Broadcast-style commercial production
  • Original music and voiceover
  • Companion landing page that completes the illusion

Everything required to launch a piece that looks real enough to fool people and sharp enough to spread.

Brands who want to own their category narrative before someone else does. Agencies looking for a faster, leaner production alternative. Creators and streamers building comedy content at scale.

Every project is scoped individually based on usage rights and deliverables. Start with a discovery call and we'll figure out what makes sense.

The best parody ads don’t invent a joke.

They reveal one.
